EXPRESSIONS of interest closed on Monday for the two multi-million dollar waterfront development projects.
At the time of going to press, Ray White Real Estate's Mark Creevey, who is overseeing expressions of interest for Cleveland's Toondah Harbour terminal was not returning calls and neither was Jacob Swan from Jones Lang LaSalle, overseeing the Redland Bay ferry terminal project.
Redland City Council said it was legally not privy to any information about the tenders on Monday. However, the council said an expert panel would be formed in August to assess potential investors.
In September, requests for proposals will begin and by December council will start working with selected developers on designs and approvals.
A shortlist of potential developers will be available by "early 2015".
