ENTRIES are now open for this year's Redlands Business Excellence Awards.
The categories have been updated for 2014 to reflect businesses operating in Redlands.
Nominations are invited for the following categories:
Redland Young Entrepreneur Award nominee must be 30 years and under to be eligible and must have been in business for at least 12 months.
Redland Most Innovative Award nominee must provide evidence of innovation in the area of management and business practice. The nominee must show the innovative difference between their business and other businesses in the Redlands.
Redland Best Business Awards four awards. The business must be independently owned and operated, and the owner/manager must be responsible for the majority or all aspects of the business, from day to day operations of the business, to being in charge of all decision making, as well as financing the business.
1. Redland Best Micro Business Award (five employees or fewer).
2. Redland Best Small Business Award (at least five but no more than 19 employees).
3. Redland Best Medium Business Award (at least 20 but no more than 99 employees).
4. Redland Best Large Business Award (100 employees or more).
Hall of Excellence Business of the Year open to Redland Business Awards Hall of Excellence inductees only.
Capalaba Business Sustainability Award open to all Capalaba businesses or organisations that can showcase best practice business management in resource efficiency and corporate social responsibility that lead to improved outcomes for the triple bottom line profits, people and the planet.
Redlands Business Excellence Award all finalists from the above awards will be put forward.
Entries close on September 19 and awards will be presented at a gala dinner on October 25.
