Well done to the 146 runners who braved the wet at Cleveland parkrun! It was definitely a cold, wet morning but everyone was still smiling which was good to see. Well done to the younger runners who are running fantastic times on our course - Congrats to First Male finisher Shaun Earp crossing the finish line in 18:00 and First Female finisher Kailey Wilton crossing in 19:50! Enjoy the weekend, perhaps a movie and a nice warm blanket, and enjoy those endorphins from this mornings' run!
Also a huge thank you to the volunteers who dealt with the weather, well done, you are all legends! Also a thanks to Kevin from Cafe Infusion for keeping us warm with some yummy drinks!

This week there were 146 runners, of whom 17 were first timers and 31 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 10 different athletics clubs took part.
Cleveland parkrun started on 4th May 2013, and since then 1,809 different runners, including participants from 48 athletics clubs, have completed 9,612 runs covering a total distance of 48,060 km, and there have been 2,509 new Personal Bests.
The women's record is held by Jamie HISCOCK who ran in a time of 00:18:54 on 2014-08-09 (event number 66).
The men's record is held by Patrick HAGAN who ran in a time of 00:15:59 on 2014-07-26 (event number 64).
The Age Grade course record is held by Max HOOPER who recorded a 85.98% run (19:01) on 14th June 2014 (event number 58).
