Cleveland CIB officers raided a real estate office in Queen Street, Cleveland, before arresting the property salesman at his Raby Bay home.
It was expected the man will be detained overnight for questioning in relation to trafficking, supplying and possessing dangerous drugs and is due to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court tomorrow, Tuesday.
Bayside CIB Detective Senior-Sergeant Paul Austin said police would request bail be refused due to the severity of the charges.
Four other search warrants were executed as part of the operation and four other Cleveland men arrested and served with notices to appear in court.
All five men face a total of 41 drug-related charges.
