A BIRKDALE man has been charged with attempted murder and grievous bodily harm over a balcony fall in Brisbane last month.
The 28-year-old is the second person charged over the September 14 incident, where a man fell about 30 metres from the balcony of an Upper Roma Street apartment in the CBD.
He was remanded in custody and will face Cleveland Magistrates Court on Thursday to answer one count each of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, kidnapping, accessory after the fact, and two counts of burglary.
A 36-year-old man has already been charged with similar offences over the incident.
The victim, a 28-year-old man, is recovering from critical injuries.
