A brawl broke out at Surfers Paradise's Cavill Mall as 26 schoolies were arrested overnight.
Images of the fight show at least a dozen teenagers involved in the scuffle.
Of the 26 arrested, most were for public nuisance and street offences, as well as seven drug-related matters. It brings the total number of schoolies-related arrests to 45.
There were also 77 liquor infringement notices issued to schoolies overnight.
"Police were pleased with the behaviour of the vast majority of schoolies throughout the festivities on Sunday evening," the Queensland Police Service said in a statement.
They also confirmed there were a number of disturbances involving non-schoolies, known as "toolies". There were 27 toolies arrested on 32 charges, mainly relating to drug and public order offences.
The overnight violence came after a woman's face was left bloodied after her head was slammed into a metal fence on Saturday. Police confirmed she was not among the Schoolies Week crowd.
Over the weekend, a 17-year-old woman was charged with supplying the drug ecstasy after police raided a Surfers Paradise hotel room.
They claim tablets were found in the Orchid Avenue hotel room on Sunday morning.
Another 17-year-old was charged with possessing a dangerous drug.
The pair are due to face Southport Magistrates Court at a later date.
