Four people have died in two separate crashes in a horror morning on Queensland's roads.
Two riders were killed when a motorbike collided with the front of a car in Waterford, near Beenleigh, about 9.15am Sunday.
The pair died at the scene and the car's driver was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A police spokesman said it appeared the car was coming out of a driveway on Dairy Creek Road, Waterford, when the crash occurred.
Waterford Tamborine Road, between Dairy Creek Road and Stegemann Road remains closed to all traffic.
The second double fatality of the morning happened when a truck and car collided in Kuttabul, about 30km west of Mackay, about 6.30am.
Police closed the Bruce Highway in both directions and it still had not re-opened at 12.30pm. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating both crashes.
