CURRENT world jump champion (disabled water skiing) Scott Wintle, of Wellington Point, will be part of the Australian team at the World Championships in California in September.
Scott's selection was announced at the National Water Ski Championships, held recently at Mulwala, New South Wales.
Despite injuring his foot in November at a training camp in Port Macquarie, Scott won gold in the jump and trick events and silver overall at the nationals.
This will be the seventh year in which he has competed in the World Championships.
