Redlands Junior Rugby League will host the round 11 match of the Brisbane Rugby League’s A-Grade competition with Wynnum Manly - Redland City Seagulls playing Easts Tigers at the Pinklands Sporting Complex, Thornlands on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 4pm with the Redlands District Open Division playing Souths-Sunnybank at 2.30pm. Admission to the ground is free.
The 2015 season has a revamped BRL A Grade completion competition replacing the former FOGS A-Grade completion competition which successfully ran for many years.
This year’s competition also sees the re-emergence of some iconic rugby league teams made famous through the glory days of the Brisbane Rugby League.
The alliance of the Wynnum Manly Seagulls with Redland City this year further assists in providing pathways for our city’s elite players to progress to professional rugby league.
After 10 rounds, the Wynnum Manly Redland City side is in second place on the points ladder, only to the Ipswich Jets.
