It was a weekend of thrilling finishes  (Hawks and Pies; Swans and Port), unexpectedly tight contests (Richmond v GWS; Freo v Brisbane) and sizeable upsets (Suns over Roos, Saints over Bombers). But the football was understandably overshadowed by tragic events in Adelaide.
