Essendon will open the floor to their members to pose questions to club leaders following yet another turbulent year for the Dons.
The Bombers sent an email to members on Friday afternoon, outlining the details of a member forum, to be held on October 29 at Etihad Stadium, and will also be streamed live on the Essendon website.
The members-only event has been framed by the club as an opportunity for the club's leaders - chief executive Xavier Campbell, chairman Paul Little and the yet to be determined new senior coach "to provide an overview of the club's strategic mission."
The presentations will include both a review of the Bombers' disastrous on-field campaign in 2015, as well future planning for list management and an update on preparation for the World Anti-Doping Agency appeal and impending Court of Arbitration for Sport hearing, which will be held in Sydney from November 16.
The Dons unveiled plans for the forum at their annual general meeting last year.
Little - who will remain in charge of the club until the the club is free of the ongoing supplements saga - urged members to take part in the event.
"It's vital we continue to listen and connect with our members - we value their feedback and this is a great opportunity for open and transparent dialogue," Little said in the email.
"Our vision is to be the most respected, inclusive and successful football club in Australia and we recognise we have a lot of hard work ahead of us."
The Dons parted ways with former coach James Hird last week. They enter Saturday night's game against Richmond at the MCG with a 5-15 record.
