A 29-year-old man has been charged after a stabbing incident in St Lukes Court in Capalaba on Friday night.
The man was allegedly initially involved in an argument with another 29-year-old man, according to police.
The argument allegedly escalated into physical fighting about 9.30pm.
One man used a knife to stab the other in the hip area.
The injured man sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment and observation.
The other man has been charged with one count of wounding and is scheduled to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on March 10.
Both men are from Capalaba and were known to each other.
