POLICE have asked for help to identify two people who may be able to assist their investigation into an assault on a train last month.
An 18-year-old man was punched multiple times in the head by a man while travelling between Thorneside and Wellington Point stations on April 4 about 8.30pm.
Police have asked for assistance to help identify the two people (pictured) who may be able to assist with inquiries into the assault.
The two got off the train at Wellington Point station.
They crossed the rail overpass on foot and headed in the direction of Harris Street, Wellington Point.
