JUNIOR rugby union resumed on Sunday and local Redlands teams were keen to pick up where they left off before the school holidays.
Results reported to Redland City Bulletin included Redland under 10 green toughing out a gutsy 12-10 win over Souths, the under 12s going down to a well-oiled Ipswich Rangers and the under 13s showing plenty of character in its loss to Wests in a ‘friendly’.
The Redlands under 9s came away with a win against Russell Island Stingrays with Redlands’ defence really paying off. Man of the match went to Veejay Iles.
