COMMUTERS from the Redlands are affected by Queensland Rails service changes announced this week.
A total of 43 services have been cut from Tuesday to Thursday and 52 on Friday.
Services on all lines are affected.
For Redlands the following changes are in place from Tuesday to Thursday:
- Northgate to Cleveland train at 4.57am is cancelled. The next train will depart at 5.12am.
- Cleveland to Shorncliffe train at 5.54am is cancelled. The next train will depart at 6.09am.
- Shorncliffe to Cleveland train at 6.07am is cancelled. The next train will depart at 6.24am.
- Cleveland to Bowen Hills train at 6.39am is cancelled. The next train will depart at 6.54am.
- Cleveland to Shorncliffe train at 8.09am is cancelled. The next train will depart at 8.24am.
- Bowen Hills to Cleveland train at 5.03pm is cancelled. The next train will depart at 5.11pm.
- Cleveland to Northgate train at 6.24pm is cancelled. The next train will depart at 6.39pm.
For Redlands the following changes are in place on Friday:
- Northgate to Cleveland train at 4.57am is cancelled. The next train will depart at 5.12am.
- Northgate to Cleveland train at 3.12pm is cancelled. The next train will depart at 3.27pm.
- Cleveland to Roma Street train at 4.54pm is cancelled. The next train will depart at 5.09pm.
The changes are due to a driver shortage tied to the recent opening of the Moreton Bay Rail Link.
