CHARLOTTE Johnstone from Redland City Gymsports Club has landed a great year on the trampoline with a win at the Gymnastics Australia National Clubs event in Bendigo.

The 12-year-old won the level 6 double mini trampoline event and placed third in the level 7 trampoline event.
Before the national event Charlotte competed in the Queensland Championships placing second in youth international trampoline, double mini trampoline and synchronised.
Earlier in the year she competed in the National Age Championships.
At that event she placed third in the youth international trampoline, double mini and synchronised.
Coach co-ordinator Melanie Tonks said the club was very proud to have had participants in two national events and the state championships this year.
“We have also competed in three inter-club competitions and three qualifiers with pleasing results,” she said.
Eight-year-old Hamish Wilson also made the finals in the level 4 double mini trampoline event at the Gymnastics Australia National Clubs event.
He competed against over 40 other boys aged between eight and 20.
