Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has ruled out forming a minority government with One Nation after the next state election.
"No, no deal, no, definitely not," Ms Palaszczuk told reporters on Monday morning.
"That's going to be the choice for Queenslanders, I'm prepared to put it all at risk, honestly, because I believe that it's only my government that can deliver for the people of Queensland.
"There will be no deal with One Nation."
At the weekend, the LNP ruled out a coalition government with One Nation, but left the matter of preferences open, stating it would be on a seat-by-seat basis.
Considering both major parties have now ruled out a coalition government with One Nation, it leaves the question of what would happen if neither wins a majority at the ballot box.
The next state election is due by May 2018, but is expected to be held in the second half of 2017.
When asked why she would prefer to be in opposition rather than in a minority government, Ms Palaszczuk said "because we do not share the same ideals and values as those espoused by One Nation".
"Sometimes in politics you've got to stand by your principles," she said.
Ms Palaszczuk has previously ruled out doing a preference deal with One Nation.
Treasurer Curtis Pitt said Labor had said they wanted to govern in their own right.
"I think whilst we've had a Parliament which has been managed over the last two years, it's always preferable to see a government with a majority being able to put its agenda in place as they took to the people," Mr Pitt said.
"Of course, we have to look at what happens once an election result comes in, clearly we want to be leading from the front and we want to be governing in our own right.
Opposition Child Safety spokeswoman Ros Bates said the only way to ensure there would not be a minority government was to put the LNP first.
