STUDENT Madina Mohmood has provided a young person’s perspective on the United Nations theme for International Women’s Day at a Soroptimist International Bayside event.
This year's theme was Be Bold for Change.
Ms Mohmood is a law student who served as an ambassador for World Vision in 2014.

She attended the United Nations Youth Forum in New York the following year.
Students from Victoria Point, Wellington Point, Cleveland District and Wynnum state high schools, Capabala State College and Sheldon College attended the event.
A spokeswoman for Soroptimist International Bayside said Ms Mohmood had inspired the youthful audience.
