On May 20, The Old Schoolhouse Gallery, along with their neighbours the Redland City Lions Club are having an Art Market and Centenary Celebration. Entertainment, raffles, sausage sizzle, jumping castle and quality original artworks will be available, with money raised to benefit Special Needs School in the Redlands. Our new Exhibition in June is, “Back to the Country”, featuring Mike Scott, Greg Hughes and Geoff Sear. Mike is a Wellington Point photographer who loves to take panoramic images of local landscapes and the Australian coastline. Greg Hughes is a talented watercolorist, painting local landscapes and seascapes. Geoff loves to work with wood and, in addition to sculptures, he produces a range of timber products.
The new exhibition opening is on June 3 from 6.30pm. The exhibition runs from June 2 until July 2, entry is free and there is ample parking for visitors.
