A dog breeder register starts in Queensland today to help stamp out unethical puppy farms

PUPPY FARM: The government has introduced a register for people breeding dogs to help stamp out cruel practices.

FROM today the owner of any dog that has a litter will have to register the puppies as Queensland’s Dog Breeder Register is introduced to help stamp out unethical puppy farms.
