From the experts
I believe that Ormiston is one of the hidden gems of the Redlands, offering a mix of established and contemporary homes along with renovation and building opportunities.
Ormiston offers a unique lifestyle to young families, mature families, professionals as well as many retirees who are searching for a peaceful lifestyle on the edge of Moreton Bay.
Also offering a selection of quality schools and public transport to Brisbane CBD, Ormiston is perfectly located to offer both a pristine lifestyle with easy access for commuting.
In the past many buyers have been looking to downsize to smaller blocks however more recently there is a surge of families looking for the larger family home on an equally large block of land.
These buyers in many cases are coming from acreage properties. On the flip side there are also buyers coming out of large family homes from other areas looking to downsize without compromising on the quality of property they are moving to.
The beauty of Ormiston is that it offers such a variety of property options that there is something to suit everyone.
