Ormiston State School senior choir scooped the prize pool at the recent Wynnum-Manly eisteddfod.
The choir was named champion in the senior primary choir section, after taking out first places in the own choice and folk song sections and winning the senior primary school action song section for the third year in a row.
Adjudicator Dr Johnathon Welch said the choir was a “stand out”.
"This choir was the absolute stand out with choices of songs by their conductor, their perfect placement of the upper register of sound, and how they reflected the joy and energy of their conductor," he said.
The choir is led by Elizabeth Patterson.
"I am so proud of our senior choir and its conductor Mrs Patterson," school principal Neil Randall said.
