CONCOURS: About 50 cars from the Vintage Car Club are expected at Ormiston House for its annual concours on June 25.

The Vintage Car Club of Queensland will hold its annual concours at historic Ormiston House on Sunday, June 25 from 10am to 1pm.

About 50 top class pre-war vehicles will be on show, including some local cars.  Last year David Fairbrother of Capalaba took out the prize for the most improved car for his 1924 Metallugique from Belgium.

Entry to Ormiston House grounds is $5 which goes to the preservation of the homestead. Devonshire teas are also available on the veranda.
