Dignitaries, new residents, politicians became the first to see the unveiling of the latest level of the One Fitzroy Apartment Block in Cleveland on June 23.
The building is the first in a $250 million commitment from AFT Projects to move Redland City into the next level of bayside living. It was celebrated with a four-hour showcase and entertainment event.
The One Fitzroy residential precinct and the unique Toondah Outlook project in Cleveland are the brainchild of AFT Projects.
Director Chris Anderson said the first to be completed, One Fitzroy, brought a new era of living and luxury to the area.
“We have showcased the penthouse of One Fitzroy at this event, as recreative of the level of quality and design thought that is behind both our key developments,” he said.
Only recently completed, the One Fitzroy apartment block is almost fully sold.
“The first residents are now at home, in-house and loving it. We have more than 97 per cent of this building sold to owner occupiers and already the sales for the soon to be started Toondah Outlook Project are more than 50 per cent of the way there.”
And Mr Anderson said AFT’s focus would now turn to the $100 million plus Toondah Outlook Project with work expected to commence at that site next month.
“This will be an integrated resort style project and is a first for the city and unique to the south-east Queensland market. To date there has been nothing like this anywhere.”
“Given the speed at which One Fitzroy sold, we have not been surprised by the strong level of local buyer interest in the Toondah Outlook project with many people looking to Toondah Outlook as the place to move next. This is about creating projects that are in demand and different. The AFT approach with these projects aims to fit with the growth of a region that has so far been unstated.”
“As developers who have grown up with Redlands at our heart. We know it and have lived here and have seen families grow. We understand that the future will stem from its lifestyle offer and beauty. The property offer therefore needs to reflect just that.”
“One Fitzroy and Toondah Outlook and are examples of how developers can think outside the square and best put existing infrastructure to work to play a key role in influencing the market. These projects are also an incentive for gray or empty nesters to free up the family home stock.”
