Doug the pug has been found

A BLACK pug named Doug that was reported stolen from a house at Mount Cotton has been found.

Police confirmed that Doug was returned to his owner on the weekend.

A BLACK pug named Doug has been reported stolen from a house at Mount Cotton.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via Policelink on 131 444 or anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

One-year-old Doug was staying with a friend of his owner near Hardwood Drive, Mount Cotton.

The padlocked gate at the house was reported to have been forced open on Tuesday between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

Doug is a purebred pug and is microchipped.

He was wearing a black and white collar.
