THE focus will be on teenage girls at Redlands Centre for Women’s Girl Goals course during the September holidays.
The centre’s Kerri Long said the course helped participants define their values and understand how they shaped their choices and decisions at school, home, in the community and in the future.
“This course is aimed at helping young women to find focus, self-worth and a passion for life,” Ms Long said.
Topics included valuing yourself, body image, resilience, equality, friends, healthy relationships, positivity and personal boundaries.
