Tracey Smith was last seen on Middle Street, Cleveland, but may also have been at Alexandra Hills or Capalaba.

Police are urgently trying to locate Ms Smith due to the length of time she has been missing.

She is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 168 centimetres tall, of slim build and with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a floral blouse, pink trousers and white shoes.

Police said they held concerns for her safety and welfare as she had a medical condition.
