THE third stage of Villa World’s Seascape project is under construction and expected to be released next month.
The first two stages of Seascape, comprising 77 homes, are complete and 60 homes have already been sold.
Seascape development manager Craig Morgan said it was aimed at putting a touch of resort living into the third stage which would include pool and community facilities.
The development would have 99 homes on an elevated block overlooking the proposed Weinam Creek marina.
The three-bedroom homes would be low maintenance with the bonus of low body corporate fees.
He said the project had attracted a broad range of buyers, including young families, downsizers and investors.
“A great deal of the appeal of Seascape has been the low maintenance aspect of the residences and the coastal village vibe of the community,” Mr Morgan said.
“Now that the recreational facilities of the project are complete, I believe we will see strong growth in sales over the next few months.
“Residents are already dipping their toes into the pool and as we head into summer we see the new facilities creating a real sense of community where everyone can get to know their neighbours.”
Mr Morgan said residents would have recreational facilities, including a park, swimming pool, clubhouse and barbeque.
A community vegetable garden was also included.
Prices will start at $435,000, with a display home open Saturday to Wednesday from 10am to 5pm at 20
Salisbury Street, Redland Bay.
