???Global Glamour may live up to her name and head to Royal Ascot after a brave win in the group two Tristarc Stakes for trainer Gai Waterhouse.
The win completed a treble at Caulfield for Waterhouse who will first take the four-year-old mare to the Myer Stakes at Flemington before seeking international fame.
"She came down for the Myer (Classic) and she may go to the Matriarch. She'll only have two, maybe three runs and then she'll freshen up and go to Magic Millions and hopefully??? where might we go overseas?" Waterhouse said.
Syndicate manager Elaine Lawlor confirmed Royal Ascot was in the plans but she was happy to be guided by Waterhouse.
For jockey, Tim Clark, the win was a break through as it was his first win at Caulfield and he said she had improvement in her.
"I thought she put in a really solid performance today because they came at her late but she found a way to win," Clark said.
Meanwhile Snitty Kitty's trainer, Henry Dwyer, has set more modest but no less significant goals for his improving speedster after she won the group 2 Caulfield Sprint.
Dwyer admitted after the group 2 win he was so concerned that the mare was a dud he took her to the trials at Wangaratta so the owners would not watch her given she had cost $180,000.
She had not shown Dwyer any signs she would break a race record in a group 2 sprint on Caulfield Cup day.
"We thought she was going to struggle to win a race," Dwyer said.
When the horse won the Wangaratta trial in wet conditions by 10 lengths Dwyer thought to himself he might have a wet tracker.
That was a relief but he was still a little coy with the owners when they asked his opinion.
A fourth-placed first start had him hoping he might salvage something and he was relieved when Snitty Kitty won a maiden at Mornington.
As she progressed through the grades he began to tinker with her gear, realising she went hard with blinkers and then backed off in pacifiers.
Wearing both she found the happy medium and won a listed race at Doomben then won at Caulfield on October 1 carrying 60 kilograms.
Dwyer hoped she would run well in the group 2 Caulfield Sprint but the win confirmed in his mind she deserved a shot at a group 1 sprint.
"She does it without raising a sweat. She's a really dynamic mare and she keeps on improving," Dwyer said.
"Once she puts it all together she will be a pretty good mare."
Jockey Beau Mertens was able to jump on her back and notch up his third group win for the season.
"She is a pleasure [to ride]. I've had one other ride on her before and she's done the exact same thing so she's a pretty easy ride," Mertens said.
"She makes my job a lot easier with the way her racing pattern is, she really puts in and has a crack."
Dwyer put his error of judgment down to Snitty Kitty being a backward mare but was more than happy to be proved wrong.
"She doesn't know how to put it all together. The penny hasn't dropped yet," Dwyer said.
Her time of 56.28 seconds for 1000 metres smashed the race record of 57.50 that Lumosity set in 2015.
"I think she's a very dynamic 1000m or 1100m horse, particularly around here," Dwyer said.
"We saw when she went up to Brisbane that whilst she was winning races and she won an average listed race up there, but around that way she doesn't go around the corner, she's much better this way [left-handed]. I reckon she'd be great down the straight but there's not enough 1000m races there [at Flemington] to find for her. I think the Oakleigh Plate would be a nice race for her [in the autumn] if we pull up now."
