Police have made a dramatic arrest in Ballan following a manhunt of a rather athletic suspect.
Details of the incident are not yet known at this stage, but the suspect was captured on video backflipping over the fence of a rural property on Old Melbourne Road.
After leaping over a wheelbarrow, he then jumps the fence and runs onto the neighbouring property.

It is understood police had been searching for the male for at least half an hour before the arrest.
He was arrested a short time later, around 12pm on Monday.
There were at least six police units in the Ballan area at the time, hunting for the male.
It is believed the canine unit was en-route to the area, before the male was arrested.
It is not yet known why police were after him.
