Christmas lights are lighting up the Redlands

Fourteen-year-old Alexandra Hills resident Seth Singleton-Gibbons is determined his family’s home in Stovold Street in Alexandra Hills will light up the night with Christmas joy despite having to use one hand to put up his lights.

Seth has been hard at work putting up Christmas lights around the home despite recently having had surgery on his hand.

Christmas lights to light up the Redlands

Christmas is only weeks away and houses across the Redlands are turning on their Christmas lights.

In the lead up to Christmas, the Redland City Bulletin will build an interactive map for readers and residents to use as they go in search of their best Christmas light displays in the Redlands.

As well as the interactive map readers are encouraged to send photos of their light displays to be included in the map and featured in an online gallery of photos.

Readers are asked to send in their photos by heading online to redlandcitybulletin.com.au/community and completing the form in our Christmas lights story.
