THE disappearance of a 38-year-old Alexandra Hills woman who was last seen leaving an Alexandra Hills’ address in a white van three days ago has triggered a search to find her.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said the woman had not answered her mobile phone or contacted family since she went missing on on Friday, December 8.
Police have encouraged those with information to make a report, with concerns held for her welfare.
“Anyone who may have seen the woman or has any information in relation to her whereabouts is urged to contact Policelink on 131 444,” the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said it was possible the 49-year-old male driver, previously from West Albury, was travelling interstate from Queensland in the van.
The van, described as a white Volkwagen van similar to the one pictured, had no number plates attached and was last seen at Charles Court about 3.30pm on Friday, December 8.
The spokesperson described the woman as Caucasian in appearance, about 165 centimetres tall, with a slim build, blue eyes and light brown hair.
The male driver is described as Caucasian in appearance, 170cms tall with blue eyes.
