Our client is an industry leader in the manufacturing sector who specialise in timber prefabrication products. They are a company which stive on invovation and progression who are looking for a seasoned Administrator to join them.

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Administrative inbox management, administrative support to departments, aiding with any ad hoc duties as required
• Reception: greeting clients, screening calls, organising travel arrangements for staff
• Other: ensuring workplaces are tidy, inventory orders,

Essentials:

• 4 years' experience as an administrator or in a similar position
• Proficient in word and excel
• Ability to mail merge, format documents and interpret handwritten notes from management to place into system.
• Abililty to work autonouslty
• Bubbly personability with a great attitude
