The Client Success Manager plays a critical role in the success of BrightHR through engaging and motiving a team of specialists that provide coaching and software training to our clients. Our commitment is to ensure every new client is registered and onboarded with the software within two weeks of signing up to our advisory service.
You will have the opportunity to lead a team of high performers, to deliver improved results and to implement best practices which is essential in the continued rapid expansion of BrightHR and subsequent growth strategy in 2022.
