BrightHR is an award-winning global HR software and advisory service. The Bright team has rapidly grown from 4 to 40 since January 2020 with plenty of career opportunities available to those who strive to live our values.

The opportunity.

The Client Success Manager plays a critical role in the success of BrightHR through engaging and motiving a team of specialists that provide coaching and software training to our clients. Our commitment is to ensure every new client is registered and onboarded with the software within two weeks of signing up to our advisory service.

You will have the opportunity to lead a team of high performers, to deliver improved results and to implement best practices which is essential in the continued rapid expansion of BrightHR and subsequent growth strategy in 2022.

Key accountabilities.

  • Lead a team of high performers to deliver business objectives
  • Ensure all new clients are onboarded within two weeks of joining the service
  • Coach the team to provide a 5-star service
  • Train and develop staff in other departments to become Bright experts

The right person will have.

  • Effective communicator being able to motivate the team to achieve their targets
  • Passionate coach who is on their feet willing to support and enable success
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with regular product and service updates
  • Attention to detail is key to ensure business objectives are met
  • Experience with Salesforce and Calendly is highly advantageous
  • Experience managing a high-volume service line (200+ onboards per week)
