Job Description

The role;

• This will be a stand-alone role within IT operations, so you will have full responsibility of the maintenance and support related to their food production line systems (Bizerba and Triton).
• You will not only be responsible for supporting the end users and resolving their related technical issues (Win 2008 - Win 2018 infrastructure, Win 10 desktop, Office 360, MYOB, Veeam backup etc), you will also be proactive in fault finding and bringing technical solutions and idea's to the team, to continuously improve operations.
• Maintaining other essential systems, such CCTV, Access Control etc.
• Besides the general support and maintenance, you will also have key involvement in a number of large project delivery programs, such as an overhaul of their current production line and system

The Successful Applicant

The IT Ops Specialist:

• You will have previous experience working within a production line environment.
• You will have indepth knowledge and experience related to production line systems and the technical support of these.
• You will ideally have had some exposure to new system implementations or the capability to be heavily involved in the technical delivery of these implementations.
• You will have good customer service and stakeholder management skills, be proactive in your approach and have the ability to work autonomously where required.
• You will want to make a role your own and support the wider business by your excellent customer service and technical support capabilities.
