Your new role

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is.

  • Taking warm inbound calls from customers wanting to lodge claims
  • To be responsible for providing world class customer claims experiences
  • Ensuring you are empathetic in times of need
  • Provide absolute clarity and direction on how we manage the claim
  • Learning and developing from day one

What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer Service experience
  • Insurance experience not mandatory but desired
  • Previous work experience in customer facing, service orientated role
  • Clear professional communication skills
  • Comfortable being on the phone and working from home
  • Please note you must be fully vaccinated or be able to provide evidence of a signed medical exemption.

What you'll get in return

  • Full time, Monday – Friday 8.30 - 5pm
  • One late shift once a fortnight - 10.30-7pm
  • 12 months Fixed term Contract with the high potential for extension or permeance
  • Full training and supportive environment, even though Working From Home

  • Central Parramatta location when required in the office
  • 55k plus 13% superannuation
