Rigger

Your new company
Our client is a diversified engineering and fabrication company that work on major industrial projects within Defence, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Resources and Infrastructure sectors mainly in South Australia.

Your new role
As a Rigger you will be required to move heavy materials and equipment around site using rigging gear such as pulleys, cranes, and winches. You will attend pre-start and toolbox meetings and contribute to safety discussions, perform daily pre-start checks on all equipment, pro-actively contribute to JSA planning, and perform tasks in accordance with company quality procedures and work instructions.

This is NOT a FIFO or DIDO role, you need to either live in Whyalla or surrounds, or find your own accommodation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Rigging ticket
• Proven experience as a Rigger
• Pass a medical, drug and alcohol assessment
