POLICE impounded a Nissan Skyline after a 24-year-old Victoria Point man crashed the car into a fence on Colburn Avenue on Saturday morning.
A police spokesperson said it appeared the driver had lost control of the car after exiting Link Road at around 6.30am, hitting a kerb before crashing into the fence.
The man has been charged with driving without due care and attention.
Police said the car had been impounded after the driver failed to remove it from the accident scene.
