CLEVELAND will lose its Crazy Clark's store, while Victoria Point will gain a Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Stockland Cleveland Centre manager Jodie Punshon said the Crazy Clark's store, on the corner of Wynyard and Middle streets, intended to shut at the end of June.
Ms Punshon said Crazy Clark's had closed a number of its stores in Queensland over the past year because of their "lack of profitability".
"Whilst it's disappointing to lose a long-term tenant, we're seeing high demand from other retailers who are very keen to establish a presence at the Stockland Cleveland Shopping Centre," she said.
"We are in negotiations with a potential new tenant and we look forward to making an announcement soon."
Lenard's Chicken opened at the Cleveland Stockland centre last month.
The centre was also close to finishing retiling the floor in its North Mall.
A KFC drive-through restaurant is expected to open in the next two months on the corner of Cleveland-Redland Bay Road and Lakeside Drive, near the 7-Eleven service station at Victoria Point.
