Occupants of a house in Rocky Passage Road, Redland Bay were allegedly warned they would be stabbed after confronting people in their house about 11.30am on April 9.
Residents disturb offenders
Police said at least three offenders allegedly smashed a kitchen window with a rock, disabled an alarm and used a grinder in the garage to try and open a safe they had found.
Interrupted by the residents, the two men and one woman came out of the house, dropping a pillowcase containing jewellery.
They fled in a Mazda.
