THE Redlands Branch of Cancer Council Queensland will hold its annual remembrance ceremony at Cleveland on Sunday, July 23.
During the ceremony people are invited to tie ribbons on the memory tree at Raby Bay Harbour Park in honour of loved ones who have passed away from cancer.
The Redlands community has gathered annually for more than 15 years decorating the tree as a symbol of hope to people affected by cancer.
This year the ceremony will be held on Sunday, July 23 from 11.30am to 2pm.
Ribbons will be supplied by Redlands Branch of Cancer Council Queensland.
There will also be an opportunity to have a cuppa and a chat after the ceremony.
Raby Bay Harbour Park is located near the boat marina on Shore Street West, Cleveland.
