RESIDENTS at Regis Birkdale got a taste of the Ekka with farm animals and strawberry ice-cream on Friday.
Held on a sunny day in the gardens of the aged care facility, the Ekka Day was fun for residents, family members and friends.
They got up close to farm animals, including a pig and goats, saw some magic tricks and enjoyed strawberry ice-creams.
