HUNGRY shoppers at Bunnings this Saturday can help snag criminals by spending a few dollars for lunch.
A sausage sizzle at the Victoria Point hardware store will raise funds for Crime Stoppers – an organisation which takes anonymous calls from the public to help solve crime.
Bayside Crime Stoppers volunteer Paul Fitzgerald said the funds would be used to help promote the 1800 333 000 contact number and Crime Stoppers website.

Data provided by Crime Stoppers suggests 25 murders and 21 attempted murders in Queensland have been solved in the past 28 years thanks to information received by the hotline.
This is teamed with the seizure of $650.1 million of drugs, $5.5 million in crime proceeds and the recovery of $11.3 worth of stolen property.
More than 872,630 phone calls and 64,660 website reports have resulted in more than 36, 136 arrests and 96, 539 charges.
Funds generated from the barbecue will add to the Crime Stoppers kitty, which was topped up last month with about $4000 raised from a fancy dress golf day.
