Join in the opening night celebrations at the recently-refurbished Cleveland Sharks Sports Club on Saturday, February 3.
Starting from 6pm, the evening will feature tapas and wine tastings, raffles, live music and a roving magician.
The Club has remodelled to create a modern facility, while preserving its wonderful history and culture.
New dining options include the Crackerjack Café, which is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Sunday in the outdoor café and for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights from 5.30pm. Bar snacks are also available for when you are feeling a bit peckish.
Whether it is a light, healthy salad or hearty burger, there are plenty of delicious lunch options, perhaps washed down with a fresh smoothie, cold-pressed juice or a decadently naughty shake.
The Cafe also proudly serves di Manfredi coffee.
Enjoy a delectable weekend dinner with a menu featuring such favourites as eye fillet, pork belly and barramundi or, if you prefer, order a few tapas plates for yourself or to share with friends. Try the baby squid, duck spring rolls or panko prawns. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on all menus.
The air-conditioned, modern gaming room has been completely redesigned and offers modern machines. TAB facilities and Keno are also available from 10am daily during Club opening hours.
Members and guests can also watch all the FOX sports action on the big-screen TVs in the sports lounge.
Have you ever wanted to try barefoot bowls? If so, head down to the Club on Sunday, February 4.
Enjoy breakfast or lunch at the Club and the Club will shout you the bowls for free so you can see just how much fun it is.
Bowls will start at 10am and 2pm and all are welcome. Come on your own or as a group, it does not matter whether you are a beginner or a pro, you will be made to feel most welcome.
Barefoot Bowls will be a regular Sunday activity, so take advantage of the freebie day and you never know, you may just have found your new Sunday afternoon fun.
