Phillip Horton has taken on the presidency of the Redland-Bayside Probus Club from former president Dudley Palmer.
The election occured at the club’s recent annual general meeting, held at the Cleveland Sharks Bowling club. A new executive committee was also formed.
The club meets at Sharks Bowling Club at 9.30am on the third Thursday of every month. The next meeting will be held on April 18 with guest speaker Tony Sharp from Sunstation33 at Kingston, speaking on electronic waste disposal and recycling.
The club is a combined club for men and women with a range of activities including dining out, barbecues in the park and cabin and caravaning trips.
