TOPICS like breaking bad habits will become top of mind if you visit Inner Sight Hypnosis.
Owner Susan Crozier is a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, naturopath and nutritionist.
Ms Crozier said peoples' health and wellbeing was poignant to her choosing the profession.
"I love helping people on a holisitic level to be healthier, happier and inspiring them with the help of hypnotherapy, lifestyle changes and proven natural remedies," she said.
Ms Crozier said people should take a deeper look into beating addictions.
"If you feel as though your habits surrounding food are out of control, no matter what you try, you may be suffering from addiction," she said.
"Negative effects include health problems associated with obesity such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
"People suffering from any addiction, including food and sugar addiction experience a high level of shame, guilt and low self-esteem. If you have suffered alcohol or drug addiction, then your risk for developing an eating addiction is high."

Susan said a positive way forward is to remove the substance but warns of side effects.
"In order to to feel good or normal, the brain screams to get that relief from other substances," she said.
"Beware of using food in the same way as you once used alcohol or drugs to relieve stress. While cutting drugs and alcohol out of our lives completely is not only possible but incredibly healthy, we cannot cut food out of our diets completely.
"We can, however, abstain from high-fat, high-sugar, and processed food. For many, underlying issues are causing the overeating, and getting professional help to change your lifestyle and adopt this complete abstinence is often the only way to free yourself from food and sugar addiction."
Ms Crozier said hypnotherapy is a way to break bad habits.
"Smoking, binge drinking, overeating and sugar addiction are often symptoms of underlying mental and emotional anxieties, and need to be treated holistically," she said.
