August is Dental Health Month and it’s a great time to remind children how important healthy teeth are and that a visit to the dentist is nothing to be afraid of.
Tooth Fairy and Co, formerly known as TFI Dentistry, offers a safe and comfortable dental environment for the whole family.
With an emphasis on education, owner Stephanie Roper, started the practice in 2004 with a dream to make dentistry different.
“I wanted to create and environment where everyone, not just children felt comfortable visiting the dentist,” she said.
“It started with the Tooth Fairy concept and grew from there extending the wonderful caring service of the children's room through to the tranquil room for the adults.
“We educate our children on the importance of brushing twice a day, at what age they should first visit the Toothfairy and the correct foods to eat and much much more.
“More importantly we help calm and relax our patients so they feel at ease in the dental environment.”

As well as being Dental Health Month, August is also the grand opening of Thornlands Dental Practice, Tooth Fairy and Co and the launch of her new Tooth Fairy and Co Toothpaste range for kids.
The grand opening of Tooth Fairy and Co will be on Friday, August 3 at 5.30pm at 5/3 Cleveland Redland Bay Road, Thornlands.
