A BOY was taken to Redland Hospital in a stable condition from Cleveland Aquatic Centre overnight.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said he was transported after a near-drowning incident just after 6pm on August 8.
A Redland City Council spokesperson said the boy had not required resuscitation and was taken to hospital for observation.
“Details of the person involved are confidential but council has been advised by centre management that the person was transported to hospital for overnight observation only and no CPR was required from staff at the aquatic centre pool,” he said.
