CAPALABA’s Bush Pantry Cafe will be raining cupcakes to raise funds for animals in need.

The fundraiser on August 20 is in support of RSPCA’s annual Cupcake Day.

Celebrations for event can be held any time in July, August or September with the official day on August 21.

Pet owners are encouraged to bring their four legged friends for the day from 10am to 2pm to enjoy the baked sweets on offer while enjoying the view of the surrounding botanical gardens.

Funds raised from the cupcake sales will go towards helping abandoned, neglected and surrendered animals that turn to the RSPCA looking for love, safe shelter and a helping hand.
