EARTHWORKS and ballast replacement works are set to take place at Thorneside station.
Queensland Rail said the works would take place from 9pm on Monday, September 24 until 5am on Tuesday, September 25.
“This work involves the use of loud, heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders and trucks with horns, bright flashing lights and reversing beepers,” Queensland Rail’s community engagement team said.
“Every effort will be made to carry out these works with respect for our valued neighbours.”
The team apologised for any inconvenience.
